SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout unless your order contains oversize or overweight items or you require shipping to a remote community. In these cases we will contact you after your order is placed to discuss the best shipping option.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped from our Winnipeg, Manitoba warehouse.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
Check Order Status:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check the shipment status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan - 1 to 3 days transit time
Atlantic Canada and B.C. - 2 to 5 days transit time
Yukon, Nunavut, NWT - 5 to 10+ days transit time
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
We will refund the full order minus the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage to the item.
We will address your concerns promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
